Upper School students thrilled a packed house at Baer Theater with our spring musical, “Chicago: High School Edition" on March 6-7, 2020. Directed by Wayne Wendell, the adaptation of Bob Fosse's Broadway classic featured bravura lead performances by seniors Hailey Brisard, Olga Mourgelas, and Alex Fleming as Roxie Hart, Velma Kelly, and Billy Flynn, respectively; and standout supporting turns by senior Drew Hunt as Matron "Mama" Morton and freshman Alex Coe as Amos Hart. Showcasing P.E. Skills at the Gym Show

Lower School students showcased the skills they’ve mastered in P.E. class this school year at our annual Gym Show on Feb. 28, 2020. Morgan Park Academy students performed their annual charity dance show, Dance for Life, on Feb. 28-29, 2020, raising $1,400 to support dance professionals facing critical health issues. Chicago Dancers United, which launched Dance for Life in 1991, is an organization that supports organizations and dance professionals facing critical health issues. As a catalyst for a unified artistic community in Chicago, Dance for Life uses dance to support a stronger and healthier community focused on health and well-being.
