Baer Theater and Art Gallery
The Arts Center features a versatile theater that accommodates 425 guests, complete with a green room and dressing facilities, making it an ideal venue for theater productions, dance performances, music recitals, and school graduations. Additionally, the art gallery situated directly across from the theater provides an elegant setting for receptions, art expo, fashion shows, vendor fair, cocktail parties, and business meetings, ensuring a sophisticated atmosphere for any event.
Historic Alumni Hall and The Mancini Library
Historic Alumni Hall offers two exquisite spaces ideal for various events. The Mortenson Family Dining Hall, with its charming ambiance, accommodates up to 200 guests and features a delightful alcove perfect for dancing, making it an excellent choice for weddings, dances, and parties. Meanwhile, The Mancini Library exudes elegance with its grand fireplace and inviting seating area, complemented by antique oak reading tables that provide ample space for gatherings. This room is perfect for corporate meetings, receptions, wedding ceremonies or literary events.
Jones Bowl and the Pavilion
What makes Jones Bowl truly special is its backdrop: four historic buildings that provide stately views in all directions. Jones Bowl, nestled among historic architecture and a modern outdoor pavilion to the east, is the perfect venue for grand weddings, events, and festivals. The expansive grassy quad allows for the setup of large tents, while a convenient walkway facilitates food truck access and event logistics. With electrical outlets available outside Alumni Hall, DJs and bands can easily plug in and energize your celebration.
