Tracey Payne P’15 is the Chief Administrative Officer and Managing Deputy Commissioner for the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA), overseeing finance, customer service, professional development, workforce, and intergovernmental affairs.
Prior to joining CDA in 2021, she served as one of CDA’s attorneys in the role of Chief Assistant Corporation Counsel for the Chicago Department of Law, where her practice concentrated on airport financing, regulatory matters, and contracts.
The proud mother of an MPA “lifer” alumna, her hobbies include gardening, fishing, and reading. She is involved in several community organizations and especially loves to mentor young people.
