Lower School’s hottest read is “The Secret Life of Zoo Animals,” a new hardcover book by Ms. Lopez’s first-graders!
Each child contributed to the book by writing and illustrating a page on their chosen animal, and the class celebrated with a publishing party where each of them read their page aloud.
“Our students are incredibly proud of their contribution to our class book,” Ms. Lopez said. “They all loved taking pictures and being able to take their own book home to share with their family and friends.”
