In her own words:

“Although I have only been here for my senior year, I have had a fantastic experience at MPA. I feel like I was welcomed right away, and it was so easy to make bonds with many wonderful people I hope to stay in touch with even after we all go our separate ways in life. All of the teachers I have had have been kind and understanding, and I am fortunate to have been able to be taught by such warm-hearted individuals. Mrs. Panek, Sra. Harris, Mr. Villanueva, Ms. Terry, Ms. Shazy, and Zhao Laoshi have been incredible and talented instructors. Mrs. Drown and Mr. Drahozal have also made MPA feel very comfortable and never made me feel uncomfortable as a new kid.

“Overall, MPA was an exciting experience where I formed many core memories that I will carry with me and never forget. Thank you to all the friends and people I had the immense pleasure of meeting along the way. I will never forget you and the many lessons you have taught me.”

Her teacher says:

“Joining MPA for her senior year, Gg quickly became a part of the class, and it seemed as if she had been here for much longer than one year. She can be quiet when you first meet her, but when you get to know her, she’s warm, funny, and bright with a quick wit and is one heck of a good baker. Her homemade cookies and brownies were always a welcome sight in British Literature class. The class could have been called ‘The Great British Baking Show.’ Like her baked goods, Gg made studying ‘Sense and Sensibility’ all the sweeter because she has the right balance of both common sense and emotional sensibility and was much appreciated by the entire group. No matter what she has cooking, Gg’s future will be full of the flavor of adventure.”
