In his own words:

“I really had a great time at MPA for many years. All of the great student events across campus, Academy Day, relay races around Jones Bowl, sports, P.E., and more — it was all a great experience for me. I have made a lot of great friends here at MPA that I will never forget. I want to thank all of the teachers here at MPA as well for a great learning experience for me in different academic areas. I have really grown as a person over the years here at MPA. The campus has an unique feel to it as well. I will have many great memories in mind from my time here at MPA, and it will put a smile on my face whenever I think about the great memories.”

His teacher says:

“Dylan is a person who doesn’t like to draw attention to himself. He quietly goes about his business, observing others, and always being supportive of his classmates. I got to know Dylan a few summers ago when he took a class in archeology and I was his teacher. He was enthusiastic and was always interested in going beyond the content of the course. We had some fantastic conversations on Zoom imagining the lives of people from the long-ago past. He was able to take what some might consider the dry and dusty history of ancient worlds and make it come alive. His curiosity and willingness to look at a problem from more than one perspective is one of Dylan’s best strengths and will carry him far in his future studies.”
