Welcome to the 2010-2011 After and Before Care program (ABC).

ABC is an extended childcare program for students Preschool through 8^th grade. ABC is provided to Academy families only, and is staffed by Academy teachers and other qualified persons.  Parents can rest assured that their children will be cared for by a staff who specialize in education, bringing their exceptional experience working with the Academy’s student body to the program.

ABC begins the first day of school (September 7) and ends the afternoon of the last full day of school (June 8). You must fill out the online form before your child can attend ABC. We encourage all families to fill out the registration form just in case a need may arise.

In an effort to serve our families best, we will be offering a variety of service packages with flexible time tables and payment options.

AM Service
During Morning ABC your child may bring a snack and will engage in quiet activities such as reading, studying, board games or puzzles.

PM Service
Afternoon ABC will consist of a snack (provided by ABC), homework help, arts and crafts, games, recess and themed activities and clubs.  

Packages

Drop-in Service
This service is best for families who may occasionally use ABC, or their ABC use will change from week to week. Drop-in students may take advantage of AM or PM Services. Please contact external programs or the lower school office by 2:30 p.m. the day of use. All Drop-in time is billed in full hours and must be paid at time of pick up.

AM Service
This service is best for family’s who need early drop off for their child. This operates from 7:00-8:00 a.m.

Half - Time PM Service
This service is best for family’s that need extra time to pick-up children from school. This service operates from 3:00-4:30 p.m. Note: any ABC time used after 4:30 p.m. and before 6:00 p.m. will be rounded up to the nearest hour and must be paid at time of pick up at the drop-in rate

PM Service
This service is best for family’s who have a long commute from work or other commitments that require that they pick up their children later than 4:30 pm. This service operates from 3:00-6:00 p.m.

Full-Time Service
This service is best for family’s who need to drop-off early in the morning and pick-up their children later in the afternoon. This service operates from 7:00-8:00 a.m. and from 3:00-6:00 p.m.

Payment Options

AM Only at $830 for full year prepay, approximately $5/hr
Half - Time PM at $210 per month prepay, approximately $7/hr.
Half - Time PM at $1,245 for the full year prepay, approximately $5/hr.
PM Only at $320 per month prepay, approximately $7/hr.
PM Only at $2,490 for full year prepay, approximately $5/hr.
AM and PM at $460 per month prepay, approximately $7/hr.
AM and PM at $3,320 for full year prepay, approximately $5/hr.
Drop-In Only at $10 per hour or $8 if prepaid in 10 day increments, to be used at any time.

Note: Late fees for time after 6:00 p.m. apply ($3.00/minute).
