We all have our own stories of how cancer has touched our lives. That’s why we come together each October for our annual Relay For Life, the American Cancer Society’s signature annual fundraising event.
Relay For Life is one way we can raise funds for cancer research and celebrate, honor and remember loved ones who have fought the disease. In addition to family fun, food and games, the titular relay features teams of walkers continuously lapping the track throughout the event.
In addition to participating on the day of the event, parents and families contribute to our fundraising efforts through donations small and large. Our students and faculty coordinate a host of fundraisers leading up to Relay For Life, including pledges, bake sales, car washes and commemorative luminaria bags.
