Morgan Park Academy uses FACTS Financial Assistance system to assist in collecting relevant financial aid information. To be considered for a financial assistance award, families must furnish detailed financial information by filling out the FACTS Application for Financial Assistance completely. This will require submission of a copy of last year's IRS Form 1040 and W-2 forms for the last two years. The Academy reserves the right to modify the financial aid grant if information submitted on the Financial Assistance Application is significantly different from that on the IRS Form 1040. All families' financial information is kept strictly confidential.
Merit-Based Financial Assistance
Merit-based financial assistance is granted to exceptional students who excel on their entrance exam to Morgan Park Academy. Merit-based financial assistance is based on the entrance exam score, application for admission, and merit application.
Merit-based financial assistance can be awarded in addition to our current need-based financial assistance program. In order to qualify for merit-based financial assistance, students must complete the merit-based financial assistance application and the FACTS application.
Please note that you will not need to re-apply for the merit award for the balance of your child’s current school division; however you will need to fill out the financial aid form each year to maintain the award.
